Please read before purchasing!
THANK YOUUU for shopping secondhand and supporting our small business!
Please note - all online sales are final. Since we're a consignment store, our consignors get paid as soon as an item sells, so we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
But - you can always consign it back to us! If something doesn't work out or you've gotten your wears out of it, you're welcome to consign it with us again. You don't need to have the original tags and there is no time limit!
For pickup orders - you have 30 days to pick up! If you need more time or want us to ship it instead, just email us at hello@thriftpony.com. Orders not picked up within 30 days without hearing from you will be returned to the sales floor.
Our items are secondhand, so please shop thoughtfully. You're always welcome to try something on in store before purchasing if it's still available.
Thank you for understanding!!!
- Team TP
